You will enjoy our pond-raised catfish for its fresh, light taste and versatility, not to mention its low fat, calorie, and cholesterol content. Our catfish fillets are rich in protein and other nutrients to round out a good healthy meal.

Grilled Catfish with Coffee Butter
Grilled Catfish with Coffee Butter
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
Instructions
Step 1. Combine all ingredients except catfish fillets.

Step 2. Brush mixture very thickly onto fillets.

Step 3. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the grill for 10 minutes.

Step 4. Turn and brush fish again with sauce. Broil 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily.

Step 5. Brush the catfish fillets with the coffee butter again and serve.
